ZCater - a fully licensed liquor catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Rancho Santa Margarita in 19851 and founded in New York City in 1965. Our mission is to excel beyond the level of your satisfaction. Focusing on our customers needs, we offer professional and competitively priced services. You may choose from a variety of Hosted and Cash bar packages which can accommodate any event from 25 to 1,000+ guests.
All our packages include 4 hour unlimited bar service, one 6' portable bar, cocktail napkins, stir straws, clear plastic ware in two sizes, ice, and all operational equipment for your bar service type. Our bartenders' uniform consists of black dress pants, white tuxedo shirt, black vest and a tie (unless you specify other attire). We carry $2,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance which will be included to your package without additional charge.

Rancho Santa Margarita is a city in Orange County, California. One of Orange County's youngest cities, Rancho Santa Margarita is a master planned community set upon rolling hills. Most neighborhoods in Rancho Santa Margarita are within various homeowners associations. The population was 47,214 at the 2000 census.
Although it is named for Rancho Santa Margarita y Las Flores, which was in San Diego County, the city limits fall within the borders of Rancho Mission Viejo.
Rancho Santa Margarita is located at 33°38′29″N 117°35′40″W / 33.64139°N 117.59444°W / 33.64139; -117.59444 (33.641518, -117.594524).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 31.9 km² (12.3 mi²). 31.8 km² (12.3 mi²) of it is land and 0.13 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.16%) is water.
Rancho Santa Margarita is bordered by the city of Mission Viejo on the west, the census-designated Coto de Caza and Las Flores on the south, Trabuco Canyon on the north, and the Cleveland National Forest on the east.
