ZCater - a fully licensed liquor catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Seal Beach in 19851 and founded in New York City in 1965. Our mission is to excel beyond the level of your satisfaction. Focusing on our customers needs, we offer professional and competitively priced services. You may choose from a variety of Hosted and Cash bar packages which can accommodate any event from 25 to 1,000+ guests.
All our packages include 4 hour unlimited bar service, one 6' portable bar, cocktail napkins, stir straws, clear plastic ware in two sizes, ice, and all operational equipment for your bar service type. Our bartenders' uniform consists of black dress pants, white tuxedo shirt, black vest and a tie (unless you specify other attire). We carry $2,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance which will be included to your package without additional charge.

Seal Beach is a city in Orange County, California. As of 2000, its population was 24,157. The city was incorporated on October 25, 1915.
Seal Beach is located in the westernmost corner of Orange County. To the northwest, just across the border with Los Angeles County, lies the city of Long Beach and the adjacent San Pedro Bay. To the southeast are Huntington Harbour, a neighborhood of Huntington Beach, and the unincorporated community of Sunset Beach. To the east lie the city of Westminster and the neighborhood of West Garden Grove, part of the city of Garden Grove. To the north lie the unincorporated community of Rossmoor and the city of Los Alamitos.
