ZCater - a fully licensed liquor catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Canyon Lake in 19851 and founded in New York City in 1965. Our mission is to excel beyond the level of your satisfaction. Focusing on our customers needs, we offer professional and competitively priced services. You may choose from a variety of Hosted and Cash bar packages which can accommodate any event from 25 to 1,000+ guests.
All our packages include 4 hour unlimited bar service, one 6' portable bar, cocktail napkins, stir straws, clear plastic ware in two sizes, ice, and all operational equipment for your bar service type. Our bartenders' uniform consists of black dress pants, white tuxedo shirt, black vest and a tie (unless you specify other attire). We carry $2,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance which will be included to your package without additional charge.

Canyon Lake history:
Canyon Lake is a gated community in Riverside County, California, United States. One of only five gated cities in California, Canyon Lake began as a master-planned community developed by Corona Land Company in 1968. The “City of Canyon Lake” was incorporated on December 1, 1990. It geographically spans 4.7 square miles (12 km2). The Lake was originally formed in 1927 after Railroad Canyon Dam was built. The lake covers 383 acres (1.55 km2) and has 14.9 miles (24.0 km) of shoreline. As of July 1, 2004, the city had an estimated total population of 11,161, a 12.18% increase from the 2000 census.
The community of Canyon Lake consists of 2,017 acres (816 ha). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.7 square miles (12.1 km²), of which, 4.0 square miles (10.4 km²) of it is land and 0.7 square miles (1.8 km²) of it (14.71%) is water. The lake has 14.9 miles (24.0 km) of shoreline.
