ZCater - a fully licensed liquor catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Highland in 19851 and founded in New York City in 1965. Our mission is to excel beyond the level of your satisfaction. Focusing on our customers needs, we offer professional and competitively priced services. You may choose from a variety of Hosted and Cash bar packages which can accommodate any event from 25 to 1,000+ guests.
All our packages include 4 hour unlimited bar service, one 6' portable bar, cocktail napkins, stir straws, clear plastic ware in two sizes, ice, and all operational equipment for your bar service type. Our bartenders' uniform consists of black dress pants, white tuxedo shirt, black vest and a tie (unless you specify other attire). We carry $2,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance which will be included to your package without additional charge.

Highland is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. The population in 2000 (US Census) was 44,605 and in 2008 was estimated to be 51,096. It also refers to a geographical area of the City of San Bernardino (generally north of Highland Avenue and east of Del Rosa Avenue to the eastern city limits), and parts of unincorporated San Bernardino County.
Highland is located at 34°7′6″N 117°12′9″W / 34.11833°N 117.2025°W / 34.11833; -117.2025 (34.118459, -117.202370).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 35.7 km² (13.8 mi²). 35.3 km² (13.6 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it (1.23%) is water.
